Bookings and Payments

To secure a booking for excursions like our Soufriere Explore or Private Full Day Charter, or our premium airport transfers, full payment or a specified deposit must be completed at the time of booking. All rates listed are in USD unless stated otherwise, and prices are subject to change without notice until a confirmation voucher is formally issued by our team.
Cancellations and Refunds Policy
We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. All cancellations must be submitted in writing via our official communication channels. Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled service will receive a full refund, minus any processing fees. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour or transfer are non-refundable. If Fantasy Tours St. Lucia must cancel a service due to severe weather, safety hazards, or technical constraints, a full refund or an alternative date will be promptly provided.
Limitation of Liability and Customer Conduct
Fantasy Tours St. Lucia strives to provide an outstanding, luxurious experience, including complimentary champagne welcomes for private airport arrivals. However, participation in outdoor excursions, coastal tours, and thrilling water sports carries inherent risks. We are not liable for any personal injury, illness, property loss, or flight delays resulting from acts of God, force majeure, or the negligence of independent third-party vendors. Clients are strictly expected to behave respectfully and adhere to all local safety guidelines provided by our professional guides. We reserve the right to terminate service immediately without a refund for disruptive, illegal, or unsafe behavior.
